Ans.: As long as the activities are not performed under competition or professional sports or to earn income, they are covered without limitation or restriction.
Q3. Can a child be covered by the Single Trip Plan individually?
Ans.: Yes.
Q4. Should I bring along my policy during the journey?
Ans.: It is recommended you bring along the original policy during the journey and leave a copy with your family or friend in Hong Kong.
Q5. If I have to stay at the destination for one more day due to flight delay, should I buy another policy?
Ans.: Whenever the journey is unavoidably extended, the insurance will be automatically extended up to maximum 10 days.
Q6. Are my children covered by my annual policy if they travel without me?
Ans.: Yes.
Q7. Is there any limit on the trip duration?
Ans.: Single Trip Plan covers trips lasting up to 182 days. Annual Plan covers unlimited number of trips for up to 90 days.
Q8. What happens if my annual policy is due for renewal and expires while I am on holiday?
Ans.: If your annual policy expires while you are traveling outside Hong Kong, your trip will still be covered only if the policy is renewed within the 30-day grace period immediately following expiry.

Ans.: You can visit a qualified medical practitioner for medical consultation. Please remember to keep all doctor report(s)/ receipt(s) for claims settlement.
