Trade Promotion Competition Licence No.: 42433 and 42434 Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw 1. Travel Smart insurance is underwritten by AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited ("AIG"). 2. AIG Travel Smart FREE Round-trip Air Tickets Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") will run from 1st January 2014 to 4th March 2014 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period"). 3. Lucky Draw entry are available to customers who have successfully purchased their air tickets and the travel insurance plan, Travel Smart Insurance Plan(the "Policy") both at Hong Kong Airlines's website (www.hongkongairlines.com) during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customer") 4. For the purpose of determining a customer's eligibility for the Lucky Draw, the date and time an Eligible Customer purchased the Policy through AIG's shall be determined based on AIG's system record. 5. Eligible Customers who have not paid their premium or who cancel their relevant insurance applications and/or Policies for whatever reasons on or before the drawing date will have their eligibility to the Lucky Draw entry automatically forfeited. If the Lucky Draw winner cancels his/her relevant insurance applications and/or Policies for whatever reasons after the Lucky Draw, AIG reserves the right to forfeit and cancel the award of the relevant Weekly Prize or Final Prize without any further notice. 6. The Lucky Draw of the Weekly Prize and Grand Prize will be held on the dates (set out in the above Schedule of Lucky Draw) and each Eligible Customer will be entered into the Lucky Draw on the relevant date depending on when the Eligible Customer had purchased the Policy as per the above Schedule of Lucky Draw. 7. One winner will be drawn randomly by the computer system each week and the weekly prize will be 2 free economy class round trip air tickets from Hong Kong to Taipei or Bangkok (as indicated in the above Schedule of Lucky Draw) operated by Hong Kong Airlines Limited("Weekly Prize"). The grand prize (for one winner only) will be 2 free economy class round-trip air tickets from Hong Kong to Okinawa operated by Hong Kong Airlines ("Grand Prize"). 8. Eligible Customer must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above. 9. Employees and their immediate family members of AIG and Hong Kong Airlines Limited ("Hong Kong Airlines") are not eligible for this Lucky Draw. 10. If an Eligible Customer did not win the Weekly Prize of the Lucky Draw, the said Eligible Customer will automatically enter into the next round of Lucky Draw until the last Lucky Draw is completed. Winners of the Weekly Prize will not be eligible for entering into other rounds of the Lucky Draw 11. All prizes cannot be exchanged for other prizes and redeemed for cash. 12. Result of the lucky draw will be announced on http://www.travelguard.com.hk/travel/hx/luckydraw-en.html and on the dates set out in the Schedule of Lucky Draw above. All results of the Lucky Draw would be announced on 13th March 2014 in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard. AIG shall have the rights to publish the full names and the first 5 digits of the policy numbers of the winners. 13. AIG will notify the winners separately by SMS and email from 10 March 2014 to 14 March 2014. Winners are required to collect the air ticket redemption letters as arranged by AIG. 14. Winners of the Lucky Draw must personally attend AIG's office to collect the air ticket redemption letter. Alternatively, the winner can appoint an authorised person to collect the air ticket redemption letter on his/her behalf with a signed authorization letter. AIG shall have the right to request each winner/authorized person to present his/her identity proof for verification purpose when such winner/authorized person comes to collect the air ticket redemption letter . If the winners do not collect the air ticket redemption letter within the designated period, AIG reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to receive the prizes. 15. AIG reserves the final decision for air tickets redemption details. 16. AIG is not the supplier of the Prizes offered. AIG accepts no liability for any matters relating to the Prizes. 17.
